Very convenient . I left my car in front of the terminal. A driver picked it up for me. Same for the return, I called when the plane got off and 15 minutes later the driver was in the same place with my car.No wasting time or walking long distances.I recommend this service 100%

Reliable service but regulation is very restricted as they charged us extra euro $14 for the flight delay. RYNAIR airline did not take any responsible for this, I can not reach out any help from them as they said they only late less than 3 hours. But it’s late for 2 hours, why the car park charged me? Car park service I booked via RYNAIR official website. Besides, luggage reception staff is helpless, he did not help us create the file reference to help me put a claim online.

AVOID! We were left waiting over an hour for our car to be returned, despite calling several times. Not acceptable in any case, but with a baby and a pregnant wife after a 24 hour journey it’s even more disappointing. Not worth the money saved, better to just park in the general parking.

First time we have used this service and we were very impressed. Seamless drop off and collection of our car (we were very close to midnight on our return). Very friendly personnel. We have recommended this company to friends and will use again each time we fly out of Barcelona. Initially unsure where the meeting area was but the airport has changed since we were there last and it was easy meeting up in front of the Miro mural at the terminal.
